Have just started reading Kaffe Fassett's autobiograpy "Dreaming in color'.
I'm ready to jump in among all my knitting yarns and boxes with bits of material, and start CREATING ...!
Embroidery would be a step too far - still shuddering from memories at school, lanky bits of material in my sweaty hands, where my needle and thread refused to produce anything like the neat stitches produced around me ... .
